Exquisite air-dried black walnut and hard maple provide the elegant contrast on display in this solid wood chess board. I made it as a gift to my best friend Chris Alley. He and I co-host a board game podcast together and I had the privilege of presenting it to him as a Christmas gift on-air during our 2022 Christmas Special episode.
