Huck Conference Table

This 11-foot long red oak conference table was built for a Raleigh, North Carolina based entrepreneur’s coworking space. It is made from wood salvaged from a single 64-year-old red oak tree that grew on Mangum Street in Durham. The base is comprised of traditional Japanese woodworking joinery and its design was inspired by the conoid furniture made popular by George Nakashima. The entire bottom of the tabletop is carved using power carving techniques.

Features: Red Oak, Epoxy, Japanese Joinery
